A concentration of .5% has been shown in scientific studies to inhibit melanin production by over 40%, with no harmful side effects. The company that makes it recommends alternating its use with there age defense day cream on a monthly basis, depending on the amount of time that you spend in the sun.

You should be aware that melanin provides natural protection from skin-cancer. So, once you begin lightening, you will need to use extra care when you are out of doors. However, many of the sunscreens on the market have been shown to increase the risk of certain types of skin-cancer. The best advice is to wear a hat to protect your face and use a zinc oxide sun-block on exposed areas.

The natural skin whitening system mentioned in this article also contains anti-aging ingredients and antioxidants that protect the cells from free radical damage, which may provide some protection from cancer, as well. But, you always want to play it safe in the sun.

Some sunlight is good for you. It is needed for the body to produce vitamin D. If you are avoiding all exposure to sunlight, you should take a daily supplement that contains vitamin D3.

What’s Missing? Scientific Discoveries for Tapping the Soul and Being Happier

Consider this example. Every land based telescope (Lowell Observatory in Flagstaff, Kit Peak in Tucson, Mt. Palomar in California, etc.) all pale in comparison to the Hubble Telescope, because the Hubble Telescope is in space above the distorting effects of the atmosphere. When you can do the Soul-shift, you can rise above the negative and limiting distorting effects of the 3-dimensional realm. When Einstein was asked, “How did you get this stuff?” he was quoted as saying, “I’ve learned to tap into the universal unconscious.” He had learned to get “Outside the Box” and into that beyond.

The distortions that dominate the 3-dimensional realm are the worries, angers, hurts, and fears created by the Limbic Brain. The Limbic Brain is actually what keeps people, regardless of their faith, from living more of their Soul potentials. When you know the Soul-shift technique, you can rise above the negative effects of the Limbic Brain and more effectively tap into that beyond for prayer, meditation, self-healing, creative thinking and happiness.

The Soul-shift Technique

1. Take a deep breath, blow it out, and close your eyes.

2. Become more aware of your own body than your environment.

a. Sense your own bubble of space.

3. Focus your awareness on your lower legs.

a. Feel your feet, your ankles, your calves.

4. Start to shift your focus upward.

a. Feel your knees, your thighs,

b. all your awareness shifting up…hips, waist…

c. all your awareness shifting up to your chest, your shoulders…

5. All of your awareness shifting up to your head area,

a. getting ready to make that final shift,

b. up, out, and let the boundaries come off.

6. Make that shift.

a. Release and explore.

b. See how far you can stretch.

7. See if you can sense into the corners of the room,

a. or even beyond the room.

8. See if you can stretch to where a sound is coming from,

a. or notice how you can be aware in all directions,

b. not just in front of you.

9. Sense how this part of you feels more timeless, more peaceful.

a. How whenever you want, you can climb that ladder,

b. up to this pocket of peacefulness.

10. Get one last experience and get ready to shift you focus back into the head area,

a. all of your awareness just above the head.

11. Make that shift.

a. Become aware of your eyes, your nose, your ears.

b. Note the difference in feeling,

c. the tightness, as you come back into body.

12. Become aware of your arms, your legs.

13. Then gently wiggle your fingers or toes.

14. When you feel comfortably back, gentle open your eyes.

You can use the Soul-shift to tap into that beyond whenever you want, for prayer, for meditation, and/or for enhanced creativity. It will also help you lower your blood pressure and connect with a greater inner calm.
